金嗓散结丸中各味药材薄层色谱影响因素的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究金嗓散结丸各中药成分最优的薄层色谱条件。方法在温度24℃、8℃,相对湿度18%、88%条件下,分别对金嗓散结丸中各药材成分进行薄层色谱鉴别。结果蒲公英选用温度8℃、相对湿度88%,玄参选用温度24℃、相对湿度18%,桃仁选用温度8℃、相对湿度18%,醋莪术选用温度8℃、相对湿度18%,以上条件能得到最优的薄层色谱分离度,斑点显色清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论温度、相对湿度对中药材薄层色谱展开影响很大,因此在薄层色谱实验中控制温度和湿度以减少其对实验的影响。 Objective To explore the optimized thin layer chromatography(TLC) conditions for identifying Chinese herbal ingredients in Jinsangsanjie pill.Methods The temperatures were set at 24 ℃ and 8 ℃,the relative humidity were 18% and 88% for TLC experiments.Results The optimized conditions were temperature of 8 ℃ and relative humidity of 88% for taraxacum,temperature of 24 ℃ and relative humidity of 18% for radix scrophulariae,temperature of 8 ℃ and relative humidity of 18% for semenpersicae and rhizoma curcumae.Under these conditions,the separation degrees of TLC spectrum were the best and color was clear.Conclusion Temperature and relative humidity have a great influence on TLC.To control the temperature and humidity could reduce its influence on TLC experiment.
