贡水白柚柚皮苷的水热提取工艺研究

摘要 采用溶剂热法对贡水白柚中柚皮中的柚皮苷进行提取,柚皮苷含量用紫外分光光度法确定,通过正交实验优化提取工艺参数.结果表明,溶剂热法提取柚皮苷效率较高,最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数70%,提取温度60℃,柚皮粉粒度120目,提取时间4 h,填充度80%.在此最佳工艺条件下,柚皮苷的提取率达到8.86. Solvent-thermal method was applied for extracting naringin from middle shaddock peel of Enshi Gongshui by using ethanol-water mixture as the solvent.The naringin was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and the orthogonal experiment was used in the optimization of technological parameters in this study at the same time.The results showed that the best process conditions were as follows: ethanol volume fraction was 70%,shaddock peel powder size was 120 mesh,filling factor was 80%,extraction temperature was 60℃ and extraction time was 3h.The naringin extraction ratio reached 8.76 by the optimum conditions.
