摘要
针对偏远天然气站场及周边无法直接使用含硫天然气,常采用的脱硫厂集中净化后再铺设管道送回的方式,费用昂贵,为此设计一种小型天然气就地脱硫装置,可以高效低成本地解决此难题。装置按照三级结构进行设计:第一级为脱水器,分离出含硫天然气中多余水分;第二级为脱硫装置,采用氧化铁脱硫剂,不仅硫容大且可以利用空气再生;第三级为纤维膜脱碳器,排除燃气中过量的二氧化碳;最终使其达到民用天然气标准。经试运行证明,该装置可根据不同使用情况直接调节脱硫剂运行量,可直接目视脱硫剂状态,结构简单便于拆装,能很好地满足偏远天然气井站、集气站场及周边等对天然气净化的需求。
Sour natural gas couldn't be directly used in remote natural gas yards and their nearby areas, and often was transported by pipe to the centralized purification plants to purify it then returned back for use, which cost too much. A cost-efficient small equipment for local desulfurization of natural gas was designed to solve the problem. It was composed of three systems: (1) dehydration system for removal of water in natural gas; (2) desulfurization system with the high capacity generable iron oxide desulfurizer, and (3) membrane system for removal of carbon dioxide, and the natural gas treated by it could meet domestic natural gas quality specification. The field test run proved that the operating load of desulfurizer could be adjusted directly as demanded and the state of desulfurizer could be visually observed. The equipment was simple in structure and easy to unpack, and could well meet the demand for in situ purification of natural gas in remote gas yards and their nearby areas.
