金属管封装光纤光栅温度传感器特性的实验研究 被引量:14

摘要 介绍了光纤光栅温度传感器的金属管封装技术,通过实验研究其温度传感特性。采用热膨胀系数不同的内径r=1 mm,壁厚d=0.5 mm,长度L=100 mm管式结构的金属材料对光纤光栅进行贴壁封装实验时,得到黄铜管封装的传感灵敏度为14.9 pm/℃,紫铜管封装的为14.6 pm/℃,不锈钢管封装的为12.0 pm/℃,它们分别是裸光栅的1.66倍、1.62倍和1.33倍,意味着热膨胀系数大的封装材料传感灵敏度更高。实验表明,轴向封装的光栅,传感灵敏度还与其同管内壁的间距有关,间距越小灵敏度越高。 The techniques of fiber Bragg grating(FBG) packaged with metal tubes are introduced,and the temperature sensing characteristics of encapsulated FBG were experimentally studied.Using metal materials of different thermal expansion coefficients and same tube structure with inner diameter r=1.0 mm,wall thickness d=0.5 mm,length L=100 mm packaging FBG adherent to tube wall,the sensing ability of FBG temperature sensors packaged by brass tube,copper tube and stainless steel tube are 14.9 pm/℃,14.6 pm/℃ and 12.0 pm/℃,and they are 1.66,1.62,1.33 times as large as that of a bare FBG,meaning that package material with higher thermal expansion coefficient is corresponding to higher sensing ability.The experimental results show that,for FBG along the axis,the sensitivity is also related to the spacing between FBG and tube wall,smaller spacing is corresponding to higher sensing ability.
