摘要
世界金融危机给我国民营高新技术企业发展一个教训,即企业没有核心技术,高额利润就会被掌握核心技术的国外上游企业夺走,缺乏核心技术便失去了行业和企业的主动权。由于其人才缺乏、凝聚力缺失,管理体制落后,民营高新技术企业存在申请专利质量不佳,研发投入和专利产出存在重数量不重质量的"粗放式增长"的问题。为此,提出建立现代企业制度、实施股权激励、发挥资本市场的企业价值发现功能等促进我国民营高新技术企业专利发展和应用的对策建议。
As a corporation,it must own core technology,which is a profound lesson learned in the global financial crisis for the private high-tech corporation.If no core technology,the high profit would be seized to other companies which already possessed the core technology.Due to lack of talent,weak enterprise cohesion and un-advanced management system,the private high-tech enterprises often have to face the problem that is so-called as ＂Extensive Increasing＂.It is usually performing like low patent quality,preferring quantity but not quality during Research and Development and patent innovation.This thesis is aiming to research the resolution ways against the problems we listed above via formulating modern enterprise system and stock-based incentive plan as well as digging the function of value discovery in the capital market.
