摘要 创新能力的培养是大学素质教育的核心,大学生的创新能力培养问题已成为当前工科院校亟需解决的重要课题。本文从学生管理工作角度出发进行问卷调查,旨在了解大学生对创新能力培养的认知程度,明确阻碍大学生创新能力培养的各种因素,为搭建工科学校学生创新能力培养体系提供依据。研究发现由于学校教育和学生自身原因等因素的制约,工科大学生创新能力普遍较低,培养创新能力缺乏科学有效的手段与途径。笔者建议从第一课堂入手,从源头上加强学生创新能力的培养;通过第二课堂即校园科技文化实践活动的开展,为培养学生创新能力提供广阔的发展空间;通过深入开展创新教育,提高学生创新的源动力,以切实提高学生的创新能力。 The cultivation of innovative ability is the core of education for all - round development in colleges and the cultivation of college students' innovative ability has been an important task to be solved by engineering college. From the viewpoint of students' administration, this thesis carries out a questionnaire with the aim to un- derstand students' cognition towards the cultivation of innovative ability, definitudes the different factors effecting the cultivation of students' innovative ability and provides motivation for the cultivation system of students' innova- tive ability. The research shows that because of the restraints from both school education and students themselves, the level of their innovative ability is rather low on the whole and there lacks effective means and method to cultivate innovative ability. The author proposes that ,we should enforce the cultivation of students' innovative ability from their primary curricula. Thereafter, we should provide a broader environment to cultivate their innovative ability through extracurricular courses. Through deep development of innovative education, we can improve college students' motive to creation and their innovative ability.
