摘要
张之洞是晚清重臣,中国近代化之巨擘。从现代领导学行为理论的角度来分析张之洞的领导活动,可以发现,在这位洋务派领袖的领导活动中存在大量发展性的要素,这在很大程度上加强了张之洞领导活动的有效性,促进了其领导活动的成功。发展是时代的主题。通过对张之洞这样一个特定领导者及其领导团体的分析,可以让我们更清晰地看到,领导活动的变革性和创造性集中地表现为领导发展之维,不仅是历史过渡时期需要领导者具备发展性的战略思维,事实上人类社会的进步无时无刻不在呼唤发展的领导。
ZHANG Zhi-dong was a leading minister of late Qing dynasty,the forerunner of China＇s modernization.Analysis from the perspective of modern leadership behavior theory shows that there were many developmental elements in Zhang＇s leadership activities,which greatly enhanced the effectiveness and promoted the success of his leadership activities.Development is the theme of the times.By analyzing ZHANG Zhi-dong——a particular westernization leader——and his leadership group,it is clear that the development orientation of leadership is the manifestation of transformation and creativity.Leaders with developing strategic thinking are needed not only during historical transient period,but all the time in the progress of human society.
