摘要
通过 Russian Test即硫酸铜点滴法来检验磷化膜的孔隙度的方法研 究了添加剂在 JF-105中温 Zn-Ca系磷化液中的作用,尤其是添加剂对磷化膜耐蚀 性的影响.并从微观的角度出发分析了添加剂影响磷化膜质量的原因。结果表明, 适量加入各种添加剂能形成薄而细致的磷化膜;促进磷化膜生长;提高P比值;减 少磷化液沉渣;提高磷化膜耐蚀性。添加剂在JF-105中温Zn-Ca系磷化液中起关 键性的作用。
The action of some additions on Zn-Ca phosphating solution JF105 at middle temperature is studied by means of Russian Test. The cavity ratio of phosphating coating is cupric sulphate detected and especially the affect of additions on phosphating coating corrosion resistance is discussed and the reason is given from the view of microstructure. The result is that adding some proper additions can (1 ) construct a thin, compact phosphating coatings (2) prompt the growth of the phosphating coating; (3) increase the P ratio 1 (4) decrease the amount of phosphating solution slag; (5) heighten the corrosion resistance of the phosphating coating. The additions play a critical role in Zn-Ca phosphating solution at middle temperature.
