摘要
据钢铁除锈、磷化的基本原理分析，经实验确定了以钼酸盐为主要促进剂的除锈、磷比、钝化液。其反应温度为１０～３０℃；除锈、磷化、钝化一次完成。工艺流程简单、节能、污染少。该处理液适于中小型企业采用。
By the rust removal, phosphating and passivating basic principles for steel,this treatment liquids are molybdenate as the main promotor.The reaction temperature is 10～30℃. The conduct of the rust removal,phosphating and passivating is on one step.It is a treatment liquids for steel before painting of the less processes, the saving energy and the less pollution. It is used for the little and middle enterprises.
