摘要
目的:分析影响类风湿关节炎针灸效应的因素。方法:通过对近10年针灸临床文献中影响类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid ar-thritis,RA)针灸效应的多因素作分析、探讨。结果:影响RA针灸效应的因素主要有针灸时机、选穴、针灸方法、针灸疗程、针灸与其他疗法的联用。结论:注意影响RA针灸效应的因素,有益于提高针灸治疗RA的疗效。
Objective：To study the acupuncture effect factors of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：Through to the factors analysis and discussion of acupuncture nearly 10 years clinical literature acupuncture influence in the rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Results：Influence factors of effect of acupuncture RA were as follows：acupuncture timing and point,and acupuncture methods,acupuncture treatment and acupuncture and other therapies analysis.Conclusion：The effect of the acupuncture RA attention influence factors,be beneficial to improve the effect of acupuncture treatment RA.
