摘要
目的:探讨血府逐瘀口服液联合转移因子治疗干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法:将90例干燥综合征患者按随机数字表单盲法分为3组,每组各30例。A组口服血府逐瘀口服液10 mL,日3次;B组口服转移因子胶囊6 mg,日3次;C组口服血府逐瘀口服液和转移因子胶囊,用法用量分别同A、B组。3组均连续服药3个月后判定疗效。结果:3组有效率分别为66.67%、63.33%和86.67%。A组与B组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),C组与A组、C组与B组之间均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀口服液联合转移因子治疗干燥综合征疗效显著。
Objective：To investigate the curative effect of clinic on patients with sjogrens syndrome treated with xuefu zhuyu oral solution.Methods：90 patients with sjogrens syndrome were divided into 3 groups on random.GroupA：patients ate the xuefu zhuyu oral solution.GroupB：patients ate the transfer factor capsules.GroupC：patients ate the xuefu zhuyu oral solution and transfer factor capsules.Result：The total effective rate of the three groups was respectively 66.67%、63.33% and 86.67%.There was no clear difference between the groupA and groupB（P0.05）.There was clear difference between the groupC and groupA（P0.05）.There was clear difference between the groupC and groupB（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect has obviously enhanced by the combine use of the xuefu zhuyu oral solution and the transfer factor.
