摘要
干燥综合征的病变特点一般多强调阴伤燥盛，治疗多从滋阴生津入手。本文从中医传统理论、现代医学基础研究与临床研究三方面，论述了干燥综合征燥病日久必入血分的病理机制与临床特点。强调干燥综合征的治疗不仅应滋阴润燥，更应养血活血、生津除燥，通过活血通络提高临床疗效。
Pathogentic characteristics of sicca syndrom is mainly correlated with pathogenic dryness-heat due to y in deficiency and treated with replenishing yin essense and moisturizing the viscera by most doctors.In the paper,accord ing to TCM theory,basic researches of modern medicine and clinical study,the aut hor pionts out that pathogenic dryness-heat will influence the blood after it l asts long time.Clinical studies show that nourishing the blood and promoting blo od circulation,nourishing ying to remove pathogentic dry ness will obtain satisfactory effects.
