摘要
目的:从细胞炎性因子方面揭示扶正败毒颗粒对脓毒症大鼠的抗炎及保护作用。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为5组,模型组、扶正败毒颗粒组、乌司他丁组及扶正败毒颗粒联合乌司他丁联合组(联合组)各36只,假手术组10只。参考文献制备脓毒症动物模型;观察肺、小肠组织炎性因子白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达变化变化。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组肺、小肠组织IL-1、TNF-α表达水平明显增高(P<0.01);脏器组织学发生了明显的病理改变(P<0.01或P<0.05)。与模型组比较,扶正败毒颗粒组肺、小肠IL-1、TNF-α蛋白表达明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);脏器损伤程度明显减轻(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:降低组织炎性因子IL-1、TNF-α表达水平,从而减轻脏器损伤,可能是扶正败毒颗粒对脓毒症起到保护作用的机制之一。
Objective:Reveal the antiinflammatory and protection of fuzhengbaidukeli to rats of sepsis from inflammatory factor in cells.Methods:SD rats randomly divided into 5 groups,model group,fuzhengbaidukeli group,Ulinastatin and fuzhengbaidukeli combined with Ulinastatin,each 36,sham operation group 10.Observe lung,small intestinal tissue inflammatory factor interleukin(IL 1(IL-1) tumor necrosis factor(TNF-express change refering preparation sepsis animal model.Results:Compared with sham operation group,model group,small intestine lung tissue IL-1,TNF alpha expression level increased significantly(P0.05);Viscera histologic happened pathological changes of the obvious(P0.01 or P0.05).Group compared with model,centralizer particle group and the small intestine manufactured lung IL-1,TNF alpha protein expression reduced significantly(P0.01 or P0.05);Visceral injury was significantly reduce(P0.01 or P0.05).Conclusion:To lower the inflammatory factor IL-1 organization,TNF alpha expression level,and to lessen visceral injury,may be manufactured centralizer grain to sepsis protect one of the mechanism.
