摘要
目的观察红芪活血解毒方治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将80例脓毒症胃肠功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用西医综合治疗措施,治疗组在对照组基础上加用红芪活血解毒方治疗。比较两组治疗前、后急性生理学与慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分、胃肠功能障碍评分、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞比率(NEU%)、血沉(ESR)、血浆降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化。结果治疗前,两组的APACHE II评分、胃肠功能障碍评分、WBC、NEU%、ESR、PCT、CRP水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的APACHE II评分、胃肠功能障碍评分、WBC、NEU%、ESR、PCT、CRP水平均显著降低,且治疗组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论红芪活血解毒方防治脓毒症胃肠功能障碍疗效显著,可改善患者的胃肠功能障碍,降低炎症反应指标水平。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Hongqi Huoxue Jiedu prescription in the treatment of septicgastrointestinal dysfunction. Methods Eighty patients with septic gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided intotreatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with comprehensive westernmedicine, while the treatment group was treated with Hongqi Huoxue Jiedu prescription on the basis of the control group.The scores of acute physiology and chronic health eveluation域（APACHE 域）, gastrointestinal dysfunction and the levels ofwhite blood cell count （WBC）, neutrophil ratio （NEU%）, erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）, plasma procalcitonin （PCT）and C-reactive protein （CRP） before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of APACHE II, gastrointestinal dysfunction and the levels of WBC,NEU%, ESR, PCT and CRP between the two groups （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the scores of APACHE II, gastrointestinaldysfunction and the levels of WBC, NEU%, ESR, PCT and CRP in both groups significantly decreased, and those in thetreatment group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hongqi Huoxue Jiedu prescription hasa significant effect on preventing and treating septic gastrointestinal dysfunction, which can improve the gastrointestinaldysfunction and reduce the levels of inflammatory reaction indexes.
