摘要
目的:探讨补肾活血法治疗人工流产术后月经过少的中药配伍及机理。方法:对人工流产相关操作、人工流产术后月经过少相应症状进行分析,结合临床并查阅大量相关文献进行总结。结果与结论:肾虚血瘀是人工流产术后月经过少的主要病因病机,使用补肾活血法进行论治切中病机,配伍得当可取得良好的治疗效果。
Object：To discuss the compatibility and pathogenesis of reinforcing kidney and activating blood circulation to oligomenorrheic after abortion.Methods：Analyze the related operation of abortion and symptoms of Oligomenorrheic,combined with clinical and pertinent literature to summarize the literature.Results and Conclusion：Kidney asthenia and blood stasis are the main pathogenesis of oligomenorrheic after abortion.Using reinforcing kidney and activating blood circulation with proper compatibility can get good effect.
