摘要
目的:观察中医辨证论治配合艾灸对HIV/AIDS患者免疫功能的影响。方法:对经CDC确认的HIV/AIDS患者20例,辨证给予口服中药汤剂,同时配合艾灸治疗,疗程24个月,观察患者CD4+T淋巴细胞计数的变化。结果:疗前患者CD4+T淋巴细胞计数为(408.65±162.54)mm-3,治疗后12个月、24个月分别为(462.10±220.07)mm-3(P≥0.05)和(522.85±260.50)mm-3(P<0.05),CD4+T淋巴细胞计数有所增加,疗后24个月时CD4计数显著增加。结论:中医辨证论治配合艾灸对HIV/AIDS患者的免疫功能有一定稳定和恢复作用,应进一步深入研究。
Objective：Observe the methods of Chinese medicine Syndrome differentiation and treatment and Ai-Moxibustion therapy to the influence of HIV/AIDS immune function.Methods：Twenty HIV/AIDS patients were selceted,who have been confirmed by The CDC,these patients were given the treatment of a decoction of medicinal ingredients by Syndrome differentiation and treatment and Cooperate with ai-moxibustion the same time.For twenty-four months to observe the patients＇ CD4＋T cell count before and after treatment.Restults：Before treatment,the patients＇ CD4＋T count was（408.65±162.54）mm-3.After12 months therapy,the CD4＋T count was（462.10±220.07）mm-3,P≥0.05;After 24months therapy,the CD4＋T count was（522.85±260.50）mm-3,P0.05（P=0.054）.The lymphocyte count increases.After 24 months CD4＋T Count increases has significant difference,Curative effect and the period of treatment were positively correlated.Conclusion：The therapy by Chinese medicine Syndrome differentiation and treatment and ai-moxibustion could increase the patients of HIV/AIDS immunity and make it stable,further application should be observed.
