摘要
艾滋病毒感染者伴咳嗽患者80例,根据病情轻重和兼证情况,分为采用单纯中医药治疗58例和中西医结合治疗22例。治疗结果表明,中药治疗组呼吸道感染临床治愈18例(31.03%),有效7例(12.07%),无效33例(56.90%),总有效率为43.10%;中西医结合治疗组临床治愈6例(27.27%),有效2例(9.09%),无效14例(63.64%),总有效率为36.36%,其疗效稍逊于中药治疗组,可能与其病情较重或兼症有关。
Eighty cases of AIDS patient with coughing were divided into 2 groupson the basis of the severity of the conditiions,in which 58 cases weretreated simply by TCM and 22 cases by integrated traditional withwest-ern medicine.Results showed that in the former group18 cases(31.03%)were clinically cured.7 cases(12.07%)effective and 33 cases(56.90%)ineffective,thetotal effective rate being 43.10%;while forthe lattergroup,the figures were 6(27.27%),2(9.0%),14(63.64%)and 36.36% respectively.The efficacy forintegrated medicine group issomewhat inferior to thesimple TCM group,which may be related to itsseverercondition or its condition of complication.
