摘要
目的：探讨ＴＭＰ 与３ 种氨基糖苷类抗生素（ＧＭ 、ＡＭ 、ＴＢ） 的联合ＰＡＥ。方法：临床分离的大肠埃希氏菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌各５ 株，８ ＭＩＣ ＴＭＰ 分别与不同浓度（１ 、２ 、４ ＭＩＣ） 的ＧＭ 、ＡＭ 、ＴＢ 联用，细菌与药物接触１ｈ ，以微量接种菌落计数法测定ＰＡＥ。结果：ＴＭＰ 可使３ 种氨基糖苷类抗生素对２ 种受试菌的ＰＡＥ 显著延长，呈相加作用；联合ＰＡＥ 均呈剂量依赖性。结论：ＴＭＰ 与氨基糖苷类联合应用可产生明显的ＰＡＥ，临床联用具有合理性。
OBJECTIVE:To explore the post-antibiotic effects(PAE) of trimethoprim(TMP)combined with aminoglycosides.METHODS:A total of 10 strains of E.coli and K.pneumoniae(5 strains each)were obtained from clinical isolates.The micro-organisms exposed to TMP(8 times the MIC)combined with either gentamicin,amikacin or tobramicin at various concentrations(1,2 and 4 times the MIC)for 1h.The PAEs were determined by microinoculation colony counting.RESULTS:The combined PAEs of TMP and aminoglycosides were shown to be significantly prolonged (addition effects)and were concentrationdependent.CONCLUSION:TMP combined with aminoglycosides has significant PAEs,thus,this combination therapy is rational.
