摘要
针对不同种类速生阔叶材的物理化学组成与化学机械法制浆造纸性能进行研究,分析比较了三种桉木和一种三倍体毛白杨的物理化学性质;在制定的化学预处理条件下,用不同原料进行化学机械法制浆.实验结果表明:随着化学预处理药液用量的增加,磨浆能耗降低,纸浆得率有所降低,纤维束含量降低,纸浆纤维长级分的含量有所增加,纸页的物理性能,例如松厚度、耐破指数、抗张指数、伸长率、TEA等,都有明显的改善.三种桉木中,桉木DH3229的制浆造纸性能较好.
The characteristics of several fast-growing hardwoods and their CMP pulping properties were studied.The dif-ferent physical and chemical properties of three eucalyptuses and one triploid Chinese white poplar were analyzed.Further,the chemi-mechanical pulps of different kinds of fast-growing hardwoods were made under three different chemical pretreat-ments.The results show that with the increase in the amount of chemical pretreatmentt,he refining energy consumption re-ducedt,he pulp yield decreasedt,he content of fiber shieves decreasedt,he pulp fiber content in long-fiber fractions increased and the physical properties of the sheet has significantly improveds,uch as bulk,burst indext,ensile index,elongation and TEA.In the three eucalyptusest,he eucalyptus DH3229 has a relatively better pulping and papermaking performance.
