移植物中NK细胞数量对HLA全相合同胞造血干细胞移植术后转归的影响 被引量:3

摘要 近年来的国内外研究显示,异源活化的自然杀伤(NK)细胞能够分离移植物抗白血病(GVL)效应和移植物抗宿主病(GVHD),在发挥强大GVL效应的同时不增加甚至降低GVHD的发生率,降低复发率,改善移植预后。但是,移植物中NK细胞的含量与移植预后的关系目前研究尚少。
