摘要
通过扩展库存管理分类准则及建立定量分析模型，改进了传统ABC分类：去的局限，克服了传统ABC法不考虑备件相关重要度的问题，避免了重要备件可能漏选的不足，给出了一个应用改进的ABC分类法进行电力备件库存管理的实例。
According to expand classification of inventory management and establish quantitative analysis model, improved the limitations of traditional ABC and overcame its defect about it does not consider the importance of spare parts, avoided some important parts missed. The article presented an application example of modified ABC applied to Inventory control of power spare parts.
