摘要 在对维修备件库存控制方法分析研究的基础上,针对有协调中心的维修备件管理和控制问题,建立了维修备件协同库存控制模型结构和基于协同供应的维修备件协同库存控制数学模型,给出了一种基于遗传算法的协同库存控制数学模型求解算法,结合实例对模型算法进行仿真验证。 Aim. The inventory control models of Refs. 1 through 6 are, in our opinion, not completely adaptable to cooperative inventory control. So we propose our cooperative inventory control model and algorithm of spare parts based on cooperative supply method. In the full paper, we explain in some detail our cooperative inventory control model and algorithm; in this abstract, we just add some pertinent remarks to the four topics of explanation. The first topic is : the analysis of model structure. In this topic, we present Fig. 1 to provide a framework for optimizing the cooperative inventory control of equipment's spare parts. The second topic is: problem description. In this topic, we explain 12 assumptions based on which our cooperative control model is constructed. The third topic is: cooperative control model. In this topic, we present a mathematical model that observes the following four constraints: maximum storage of each inventory, maximum throughput of each manufacturer, maximum supply time of each inventory, and supply and holding cost. The fourth topic is: algorithm for the cooperative inventory control model based on cooperative supply. In this topic, we expound that the algorithm consists of seven steps, among which steps 2 and 5 utilize genetic algorithm with new crossover or mutation operators. Finally we carry out the numerical simulation of the cooperative inventory control model. The simulation results, given in Fig. 6 and Table 6 in the full paper, show preliminarily that cooperative inventory control model and algorithm are effective.
