摘要
德国应用科技大学在培养工程技术人才方面处于国际领先地位,在长期实践中形成了优势和特色。阐述了德国应用科技大学在师资队伍建设方面采取的措施,包括设定高标准的教师聘任资格、扩大兼职教师比例等。这些措施为其培养优秀师资、确保人才培养质量提供了保证。当前我国应用型本科教育正处于发展阶段,故德国应用科技大学在师资队伍建设方面的做法值得我们借鉴。
Germany applied science and technology universities are in a leading position in the world in cultivating engineering and technical talents, and have own advantages and characteristics in the long-term practice. This paper expounds the measures in constructing teaching faculty in Germany applied science and technology universities, including setting high standards for recruiting teachers, expanding the proportion of part-time teachers and so on, winch provide g^t~s for cultivating excellent teachers and ensuring the quality of talents training. At present, the applied undergraduate education of our country is developing, so the measrues in constructing teaching faculty in Germany applied science and technology universities are valueable for us.
