摘要
该文通过对德国代根多夫应用科技大学教学管理模式、三级学位制度、严格的考核方式、独具特色的双元制、科研与技术转让等方面深入剖析，得出适合我国高职院校教学管理模式的启示，为我院举办应用科技大学提供借鉴。
The paper analyses the educational management mode, three degrees of education, strict evaluating system, unique dual system and the transfer of scientific research and technology of Fachhochschule Deggendorf and proposes relevant enlightenment on our higher vocational college＇s educational management mode for our development of an applied technological college.
