摘要
为阐明胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)、胰高血糖素样肽Ⅰ(GLP-Ⅰ)在乳牛脂肪代谢过程中的调控作用,应用荧光定量PCR法检测IGF-Ⅰ、GLP-Ⅰ对体外培养的脂肪细胞激素敏感脂肪酶(HSL)mRNA丰度的影响。结果显示,随着IGF-Ⅰ、GLP-Ⅰ添加浓度的升高,脂肪细胞HSL mRNA表达逐渐下降。结果表明,IGF-Ⅰ、GLP-Ⅰ直接调控脂肪细胞HSL mRNA的表达。
In order to investigate the regulation roles of IGF-Ⅰand GLP-Ⅰin the lipometabolism of dairy cows,the effects of them in bovine were observed by the expression level of HSL mRNA of cultured neonatal calf lipocytes using fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR.The expression level of HSL mRNA decreased following with the increasing concentrations of IGF-Ⅰand GLP-Ⅰ in the media.These results indicated that the IGF-Ⅰand GLP-Ⅰcould regulate the mRNA expressions of cultured adipose cells HSL directly.
