液化植物纤维制备聚氨酯泡沫材料研究进展 被引量:3

Recent researches and developments of preparing polyurethane foam material from liquefaction plant fiber

摘要 综述了国内外利用天然高分子合成聚氨酯材料的研究,包括对植物秸秆、木材等进行液化时,液化试剂、催化剂、反应温度、反应时间等因素对液化产率的影响;并考察利用植物液化多元醇制备的聚氨酯的性能,包括力学、热稳定和降解性能等。 The study on the synthesis of polyurethane material using natural macromolecular at home and abroad were reviewed. Including the influences of liquefaction yield based on catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time and oth er factors. And the properties of polyurethane foam prepared by liquefaction polyols,such as mechanical properties, thermal stability and biodegradability were explored.
