摘要
目的探讨护理干预对肝移植患者术前不良心理状态的影响作用。方法通过教育性干预、医患沟通支持、心理护理及发挥社会支持作用进行术前护理干预,采用自行设计的相关认知调查表进行调查,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定干预前后患者的焦虑、抑郁水平。结果患者术前对疾病相关知识了解程度较差;重视医护的水平和与他们的交流机会,对费用较担心,渴望获得家庭等社会支持;干预前后患者焦虑、抑郁水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过护理干预降低了患者术前焦虑、抑郁状态,减轻了患者应激程度,调整了患者的心理状态,调动了患者的主观能动性和自我控制能力,取得良好成效。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in patients with liver transplantation of preoparative psychologic status.Methods Carring out preoperative nursing intervention by educational intervention,physician-patient communication,mental nursing,social support,and using the cognitive self-designed questionnaire and Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA） before and after the intervention,conduct an investigation with the Hamilton depression scale（HAMD）,evaluate the patients＇ anxiety and depression levels.Results The differences in the level of anxiety and depression of patients,before and after intervention,was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Nursing intervention has achieved good results.It has reduced the condition of patients preoperative anxiety and depression,the patients stress level,adjusted the patients psychological state,mobilized the patients＇ subjective initiatives and self-control ability.
