摘要
目的分析儿童紫癜性肾炎影响因素。方法回顾性调查分析我院2009年2月至12月收治的40例儿童紫癜性肾炎患儿情况,研究紫癜性肾炎的临床相关影响因素。结果根据调查分析和临床相关检验及观察发现,儿童紫癜性肾炎患儿与其发病季节、地域、年龄、性别、病因、含肝素、紫癜发生情况等都密切相关。结论儿童紫癜性肾炎的发生与部分因素相关,关节并发症、紫癜反复发作为儿童紫癜性肾炎的危险因素;而含肝素的治疗方案有利于避免儿童紫癜性肾炎的发生。
Objective To analyze the influence factors in children with Henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis. Method A retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2009 February, 40 cases of children with Henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis in children with Hanoch-schonlein purpura nephritis, on the clinical related factors. Results According to the survey analysis and clinical correlation test and observation of children, children with Henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis and its seasonal, regional, age, gender, etiology, including heparin, purpura incidence are closely, related. Conclusion Children with Henochschonlein purpura nephritis and some factors related to occurrence of complications, joint, purpura repeatedly as Henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis in children with risk factors; and heparin therapy is helpful to avoid occurrence of Henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis in children.
