摘要
目的:对医疗设备SPECT验收测试,评估其平面成像性能指标,为临床患者检测的安全和临床图像质量的可靠性提供依据。方法:对GE公司的Infinia Hawkeye4型和西门子公司的Symbia T6型两种机型SPECT设备的平面成像指标固有空间分辨率、固有空间线性、固有能量分辨率、固有均匀性、最大计数率及系统平面灵敏度进行测试。结果:SPECT设备的两种机型其各项指标略有差别,对于固有空间分辨率及固有线性的性能指标,机型1略优于机型2,但对于系统平面灵敏度及能量分辨率,机型2略优于机型1。结论:SPECT设备两种机型的性能指标均达到了出厂标准,并且达到了临床诊断的需求。
Objective：To evaluate SPECT planar imaging performances and conduct the acceptance test to provide basis for patient safety and image quality in clinical practice. Methods：SPECT planar imaging performances intrinsic spatial resolution, intrinsic spatial linearity, intrinsic energy resolution, intrinsic uniformity, maximum count rate and system planar sensitivity were tested for two types of SPECT devices. Results：There was a little difference between the performances of two types of SPECT devices. The intrinsic spatial resolution and intrinsic spatial linearity for type 1 were better than type 2, and the system planar sensitivity and intrinsic energy resolution for type 2 were better than type 1. Conclusion：Performances of two types of SPECT devices come to the manufacture’s standard and meet the demands for clinical practice.
