摘要
The US DoD has introduced Electronic Commerce and related technologies into their defense procurement reform.This proves to be more efficient and economic,and has laid a foundation for the realization of paperless procurement.By analyzing the US DoD experiment,this paper demonstrates the feasibility of introducing Electronic Commerce technologies into China’s weaponry construction step by step.
