摘要
本文以电子商务的兴起谈起，介绍了电子商务的分类及优点，着重论述了现阶段发展我国电子商务所遇到的社会环境、信息环境、经济环境中出现的一些问题，以此作为我国企业界参与电子商务活动的一点借鉴。
This paper begins with the rising of electronic business, introduces the classificationand advantages of electronic business, and emphases some problems that we met in current statusin our country, such as social, information and economic environment, which can be reference tothe enterprise circle.
