摘要
当前加快设施农业发展正步入一个重要的关键时期,必须充分认识其重要意义。结合三明市农村实际,对发展设施农业的有利条件与制约因素进行分析,并研究了"十二五"期间加快三明发展设施农业的总体思路、基本原则,提出了5条对策措施。
The current time is a critical period for speeding up the development of facility agriculture and its great importance must be recognized. In the meantime, considering the countryside practical situation, the author analyzed the advantages and restraining factors of developing the facility agriculture, and studied the overall strategy, basic principle and five countermeasure steps of speeding up the development of the Sanming facility agriculture during the ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂.
