摘要
设施农业使有限的农业资源得到集约、高效的利用,能够大大提高农业效益与农产品质量,代表了现代农业的发展方向。目前,重庆市设施农业发展较快,但存在运行成本高、劳动生产率低、管理水平差、后续投入不足等诸多问题。基于重庆市特殊的自然环境和社会经济条件,重庆市应当合理定位,因地制宜地适度发展设施农业,加快相关科研工作,建立多渠道的投入体系,充分发挥其对推动农业结构调整、农民增收的示范和带动作用。
Facility- agriculture makes possible an intensive and highly effective use of the limited resources, and greatly increases agricultural benefits while improving the quality of agricultural products, which represents the future of modern agriculture. At present, facility - agriculture is developing quite fast in Chongqing, but problems remain as reflected in high cost, low productivity, poor management and shortage of further investment. According to its unique natural environment and social economic conditions, Chingqing should reasonably re - orient itself so as to adjust the measures to local conditions in the development of facility agriculture, to spewed up researches in relevant fields, to establish a multi - channel investment system and to fully exert its leading and demonstrating functions in promoting the adjustment of agricultural structure and in increasing farmers＇ income.
