摘要
为准确预测部分充液工况时的车用液力减速器制动性能,分别基于两种液力减速器内腔气液两相流动假设,采用均匀密度法和气液分层法建立了相应的液力减速器部分充液工况制动转矩液力计算数学模型.通过实例计算和实验数据对比分析表明,在全充液工况时两种模型计算结果和实验结果均较为吻合.气液分层法理论上更为合理,而均匀密度法相对简单可行.
To accurately predict the brake performance of vehicular hydraulic retarder under oil partially filled condition, two math models were built based on different internal two-phase flow assumption. The braking torque of the hydraulic retarder was calculated using the mixture-density method or gas-hydraulic separating method. Compared with the experimental data obtained under oil fully filled condition, the calculation error is less than 5%. It is found that the separating method is more accurate in theory and the mixture method is simpler in practice.
