摘要
为了更加精确预测液力减速器的制动性能,归纳分析了液力减速器稳态工况制动力矩计算的3种方法,并通过与实验结果的对比,阐述了各种方法的优、缺点和适用性,指出采用液力计算与CFD数值模拟相结合的方法在液力减速器的设计计算、结构优化中具有较高的可行性和使用价值。
Three calculation methods of braking performance of hydraulic retarder under steady operation conditions are discussed. By comparison of the calculation results and the experimental ones, the essential traits and applicability of each method are expounded and it is indicated that the method of combining hydraulics calculation with CFD mtmerical simulation has better practicability and usable value in hydraulic retarder design calculation and structural optmization.
