808nm激光穴位照射联合保列治治疗良性前列腺增生症临床观察 被引量:3

Clinical Observation of Acupoint Laser Radiation at 808nm Combined with Proscar for Treatmetn of Benign Prostate Hyperplasia

摘要 目的:观察808nm激光穴位照射联合保列治治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法:将60例肾阳虚型患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组在808nm激光治疗仪照射会阴、关元、肾俞等穴位基础上加服西药保列治治疗,对照组单纯给予保列治治疗。2组均治疗3月。观察临床疗效及治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)、生活质量指数(L指数)和前列腺体积的变化。结果:临床疗效总有效率治疗组为100%,对照组为66.67%,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗后2组I-PSS、L指数和前列腺体积均有改善,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组I-PSS、L指数和前列腺体积比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前后肝功能、肾功能、心电图均未见异常。结论:808nm激光穴位照射联合保列治是临床治疗良性前列腺增生症的有效方法之一。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of acupoint laser radiation at 808nm combined with Proscar for the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH). Methods. Sixty patients were randomized into two groups, thirty cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with laser radiation at 808nm on Huiyin (RN1), Guanyuan (RN4) and BL23, and was given oral use of Proscar at the same time. The control group received Proscar alone. The clinical effect, international prostate symptom score(I-PSS), life quality index and the change of the prostate size were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group, and was the 66.67% in the control group, the difference being significant(P 〈 0.01). After treatment, I-PSS, life quality index and the prostate size were improved significantly in both groups(P 〈 0.05 compared with those before treatment). Significant differences of the above three indexes were found between the two groups s after treatment (P 〈 0.05 ). The liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram of all the patients stayed normal. Conclusion. Acupoint laser radiation at 808nm combined with Proscar is effective for treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia.
