摘要
子宫内膜异位症为妇科的常见病、多发病,发病率逐年上升,其发病机制尚未明了。中医各家也众说纷纭,但以"血瘀"达成共识。而许多研究表明内异症与在位内膜论、遗传、免疫、激素等方面有关。近年来专家们对其发病机制进行了大量的研究,现将子宫内膜异位症中西医发病机制综述如下。
Endometriosis is a common and frequently-occurring gynecological disease.The incidence of endometriosis increased year by year, and its pathogenesis is still unknown.Schools of traditional Chinese medicine also have different opinions, but they reach a consensus on ＂Blood Stasis＂ .Many studies also show that endometriosis is relevant to eutopic endemetrium theory, genetics, immune, hormonal and other factors. In recent years, experts has carried out extensive research on its pathogenesis.And the Traditional and Western Medicine pathogenesis of endometriosis are summarized follows.
