摘要
目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸对子宫内膜异位(EMs)女性细胞外调节蛋白激酶和性激素调节作用。方法选取94例EMs妇女,随机分成2组。对照组予孕三烯酮胶囊口服,观察组在此基础上再予桂枝茯苓丸口服。检测血清相关性激素、基质金属蛋白酶及CA 125,并测定细胞外调节蛋白激酶与VEGF水平,阴道彩超评估盆腔包块直径,评价中医症候评分,比较治疗效果。结果与治疗前比较,2组FSH、LH以及P显著降低(P<0.01),E_2显著升高(P<0.01),MMP-2、MMP-9显著降低(P<0.01),ERK、ERK-5以及VEGF显著降低(P<0.01),CA 125水平、盆腔包块直径以及中医症候评分显著降低(P<0.01);与对照组比较,观察组上述指标均显著更优(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论桂枝茯苓丸辅助治疗EMs效果显著,能有效调节ERK与性激素水平。
Objective To explore the regulating effect of guizhi fuling pills on extracellular protein kinase and sex hormones in women with endometriosis（ EMs）. Methods A total of 94 women with EMs were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group,gestrinone capsules were given orally,and the observation group was given oral administration of guizhi fuling pills. The levels of extracellular regulated protein kinase and vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF） were measured. The diameter of pelvic mass was evaluated by color Doppler ultrasonography. The TCM symptom score was evaluated and the curative effect was compared. Results Compared with those before treatment,FSH,LH and P significantly decreased（ P〈0. 01）,E_2 increased significantly（ P〈0. 01）,MMP-2 and MMP-9,ERK,ERK-5 and VEGF decreased significantly（ P〈0. 01）.Compared with the control group,the levels of these indexes in the observation group were significantly better（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Guizhi fuling pills is an effective adjuvant therapy for EMs,which can effectively regulate the levels of ERK and sex hormones.
