摘要
通过分析研究屯兰矿18205工作面采用高性能混凝土进行沿空留巷巷旁充填支护试验情况,总结了材料的组成、性能特点和充填体构造与充填工艺要求,并对存在的问题及产生的原因进行了分析,提出了治理对策和预防措施。结果表明:高性能混凝土具有良好力学性能,可用于井下沿空留巷巷旁充填支护。充填体按高宽比1.0∶0.7,并配以适当的构造钢筋,对已充填体的墙体裂缝可采用无机注浆材料堵漏,高性能混凝土作巷旁充填材料,充填体稳定性好,可在沿空留巷巷旁充填支护中推广应用。
With the analysis and study on the high performance concrete applied to thegateway side backfilling and support trial along the gateway retained along goaf of No.18205 coal mining face in Tunlan Mine,the paper summarized the composition,performances and features of the material and the requirements of the backfilled wall structure and backfill technology.The paper analyzed the existed problems and occurrence causes.The provided the control countermeasures and prevention measures.The results showed that the high performance concrete with excellent mechanics performances could be applied to the backfill support of the gateway side of the gateway retained along the goaf.The backfilled wall would be built with a high and wide ratio of 1.0∶0.7 and with proper structure steel bars.The cracks in the backfilled wall could be sealed with organic grouting material.The high performance concrete could be applied as the backfill material and the stability of the backfill wall would be good.The high performance concrete could be promoted and applied to the backfill support of the gateway retained along the goaf.
