摘要
根据ＺＫＤ高水速凝材料的组成及性能特征，计算了合理的巷旁充填支护参数，设计了泵送高水净浆材料和高水灰渣材料的新充填工艺系统，并对翟镇煤矿沿空留巷巷旁充填工业性试验进行了分析与评价．研究结果表明，ＺＫＤ高水速凝材料具有良好的塑性性能，既能适应回采工作面顶板的活动规律，又能有效地控制围岩变形，维护巷道，因而是一种理想的巷旁充填材料．
The rational parameters for packing the gate side were calculated based on the compositions and properties of ZKD quick setting materials with high water content.A new packing system for pumping pure ZKD slurry and ash slurry was designed.Evaluation of commercial test of gate side packing system for maintenance of a gateway in the goaf was made in Zhaizhen Mine.It was proved that ZKD materials have good plastic properties.It can accommodate roof behaviour in face and can also control effectively the rock deformation.ZKD materials are ideal for gate side packing.
