摘要
通过熔融共混法把改性过的超细SiO_2加入到聚丙烯(PP)中,制备PP/SiO_2复合材料母粒,通过化学发泡注塑工艺制备PP/SiO_2微发泡复合材料。用扫描电镜观察了发泡样品的泡孔结构,借助电子探针和转矩流变仪研究了超细SiO_2粒子在PP复合材料微孔发泡中的作用。结果表明,SiO_2粒子之所以能够改善PP微孔发泡材料的微孔结构。一方面是SiO_2粒子的成核作用,另一方面是SiO_2的加入提高了PP熔体黏度。
The ultra-fine SiO2 was modified,then PP/SiO2 composites were prepared by melt blending. PP/SiO2 microcellular foaming composites were prepared through the injection molding by the chemical method. The cell structures of foams were characterized by SEM. The effect of ultra-fine SiO2 in PP/SiO2 microcellular foaming composites was investigated by means of electron probe and torque rheometer. The results show that the ultra-fine SiO2 can improve the cell structures of PP/SiO2 microcellular foaming composites. On the one hand, the ultra-fine SiO2 can increase the nucleation,on the other hand,the ultra-fine SiO2 can improve the melt viscosity properties of PP.
