摘要
通过改变拉伸速率及拉伸应变,对微孔发泡PP材料拉伸过程中的泡孔变形情况进行了观测,分析了在不同拉伸速率下泡孔的变形过程及对力学性能的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),研究了微孔发泡PP材料的拉伸失效机理。
In this study, the tensile speed and strain of microcellular PP have been changed, the deformation of foam and the failure course of microcellular PP have been observed in situ during tension, and some microscopic observations for microcellular PP after tensile loading is performed. From these images, the effect of foam deformation on tensile property and failure mechanism of microcellular PP are discussed.
