摘要
目的:探讨胬肉切除联合羊膜和自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法:采用胬肉切除联合羊膜和自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗30例翼状胬肉患者,并以同期30例翼胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植为对照,对比两种手术方法的疗效。结果:两组患者上皮愈合时间和术后不适症状消失时间差异不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是胬肉切除联合羊膜和自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗复发率(2.9%)明显低于对照组(11.4%)(P<0.05)。结论:治疗翼状胬肉在胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植的基础上再联合羊膜移植,术后恢复快,复发率低,疗效理想。
Objective： To investigate the effect of pterygium excision with amniotic membrane and limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium treatment. Methods. 30 cases were treated with. operation of pterygium excision with amniotic membrane and limbal stem cell transplantation,and the same period 30 cases of pterygium excision combined with wing limbal stem cell transplantation were as a control, the efficacy of two surgical methods were compared. Results：The postoperative epithelial healing time and symptoms disappear time between two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0. 05）, however, the recurrence rate（2. 9%）of study group was significantly lower than the control group（11.4%）（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of pterygium in excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation and amniotic membrane transplantation exhibited rapid postoperative recovery, low recurrence rate, and efficacy ideal.
