翼状胬肉切除加角巩膜缘干细胞移植术的临床疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察翼状胬肉切除加角巩膜缘干细胞移植术的临床疗效。方法:将行翼状胬肉切除加角巩膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉43例设为观察组,与行单纯翼状胬肉切除的对照组进行比较。结果:翼状胬肉切除加角巩膜缘干细胞移植在异物感消失、视力提高、降低复发及减轻术后疼痛上明显优于单纯翼状胬肉切除(P<0.01)。结论:翼状胬肉切除加角巩膜缘干细胞移植有效杜绝了翼状胬肉的复发性,是治疗翼状胬肉的有效方法。 Objective:To observe the effect of excision of pterygium and limbal's stem cell grafting.Methods:The 43 cases of excision of pterygium and limbal's stem cell grafting,compared with simple excision of pterygium.Results:The group of excision of pterygium and limbal's stem cell grafting was better than the group of simple's excision at the dispose of foreign body sensation and improved visual acuity,reduced recurrence(P0.01).Conclusion:Excision of pterygium adding limbal's stem cell grafting is a good therapy to pterygium.
