摘要
教研作为一种群体行为在教师成长及专业化发展的过程中发挥着重要的作用。教研组内的每位教师作为该群体中的个体在教研活动中可以相互作用和影响,如将这种成员间的相互作用和影响的优势加以有效利用便能在很大程度上提高教研的质量。群体动力学研究的正是群体中的个体之间的相互作用和相互影响对整个群体及群体中的个体所产生的能量。基于该理论,本论文为高校的教研活动提出了新的模式。
As a kind of group behavior, teaching research plays an important role in teachers' growth and their professional development. Teacher, the individual in TRG (Teaching and Research Group), interact with and influence each other in teaching research activities. The effective application of the advantage in the interaction and the mutual influence is supposed to greatly improve the quality of teaching research. Energy generated from such kind of individual interaction and mutual influence has been studied by the Group Dynamics. In the light of this theory, the present paper probes into a new mode of teaching research activity.
