摘要
随着经济全球化以及由此带来的高等教育国际化的开展,各高校国际化交流合作项目进展顺利,交流广度和深度增加。与此同时,与国际化交流密切相关的一项影响学生国际化的重要因素也日渐突出出来——学分转换,包括学分转换的范围和数量、学分转换基本原则的把握,学分转换管理工作的难度,规范化和创新管理工作迫在眉睫。
With the economic globalization and development of internationalization of higher education, international exchange and cooperation of the university project is progressing well. Meanwhile, the important factor of affecting the students＇ internationalization which is closely related to international exchange has become more prominent, i.e. credit transfer, which is imminent, including range and quantity of credit transfer, the grasp of its basic principles, the difficulties of management of credit transfer, and the work of standardization and innovation management.
