摘要
由于机械振动测试中 ,所需的测试仪器繁多复杂 ,导致对一些简单的测试工作也需要大量的人力、物力。LabVIEW虚拟仪器图形编程语言可组建虚拟振动测试系统 ,利用“软件就是仪器”的技术方法 ,减少测试中的硬件设备 ,同样实现对振动信号进行实时采集、处理、分析的目的。介绍了LabVIEW软件环境的原理方法和编程特点 ,分析了振动测试系统的使用特征、各个功能模块的编程方法和实现技术。
The mechanical vibration tests need many elaborate test instruments,which leads to the request of plenty of manpower and material resources even on some simple testing work. It is achievable for the virtual vibration test's system based on LabVIEW,to realize real time data acquisition,test and analysis adopting new technique that “the software is the instrument”, while the hard instruments can be decreased. The fundamental theory and the compiling features of LabVIEW software are introduced,the development environment compiling and realization of and the functional blocks of the vibration test system are presented.
