摘要
目的了解NICU护士执行新生儿喂药护理的情况。方法自行设计护士执行新生儿喂药护理调查表,对23名NICU护士进行调查。结果在897次喂药操作中,正确操作481次,正确率53.62%;错误操作的原因主要为护士掌握新生儿常用口服药知识不够、缺乏喂药技巧。结论 NICU护士喂药护理操作正确执行率低,必须对护士加强业务培训。
Objective To study the nursing care of feeding the newborn medicine for NICU nurses. Method Investigate 23 NICU nurses by self--designed questionnaire on feeding the newborn medicine. Result 481 among 897 times of medicine feeding are correct, of which the correct rate is 53.62%. The main causes leading to error operation are lack of knowledge on common oral medication and lack of feeding skills for NICU nurses. Conclusion Correct rate of medicine feeding is low for NICU nurses. Skill training should be enhanced.
