摘要
对2010年国际田联钻石联赛决赛博尔特的技术特点进行分析,结果表明:其起跑反应慢,加速能力较弱;途中跑支腾比低于现代优秀运动员1:1.2的均值,在途中跑中没有发挥自己腿长、爆发力好的特点,需改进抬腿稍低的技术特点,提高身体的协调性和灵活性。
The paper analyses Bolt＇s skill features in the 100m race final of the 2010 Stockholm Diamond League.Bolt starts slow and speeds up unefficiently.His intermediate running is lower than the average of the excellent racer which is 1：1.2.Bolt hasn＇t fully exerted his advantages of long legs and good explosive force.The legs should be higher when running and the coordination and the flexibility of the body should also be improved.
