摘要
通过对第7届世界田径锦标赛男子100 m决赛运动员的4个阶段———加速跑段、途中加速段、最大速度保持段和最后冲刺段的速度参数进行分析,结果表明:100 m跑成绩与步频和步长的调节高度相关;途中加速、最大速度的保持以及速度节奏的平稳对运动员的运动成绩有较大的影响。
Through analyzing the velocity parameters in four phases, i. e., accelerated running phase,middle accelerated running phase, holding maximum velocity phase and final sprint phase of the elite world 100m runners participating in the finals of the 7th World Track & Field Championship, it was revealed that the athletic performances were highly correlated with the adjustment of stride frequency and stride length,and the steady character of middle accelerated running, holding maximum velocity and accelerated rhythm of whole run influenced the overall performances.
